„Villa Zaton“ is situated in a peaceful bay, called Zaton Mali, 8km from Dubrovnik. It is a excellent place to relax and enjoy the holidays, because it is peaceful and away from crowd of Dubrovnik and yet close to go there for a tour. (about 10-15 minutes with a car or bus) „Villa Zaton“ has 3 double bed rooms with bathrooms. 2 of those are about 20m2 and with sea view and additional 3rd bed. The 3rd room is little smaller (about 15m2) and no sea view. They are all air-conditioned. Those 3 rooms are on the 2nd floor of the house. On the first floor is a big, fully equipped kitchen, which guests can use if they want, and a large terrace in front of it. On the ground floor are 2 apartments, with terrace and own entrances. The apartments are about 5m from sea. They are 2+1 beds, with bathrooms and a kitchen. In front of the house guests can relax, swim, sunbath etc. Nearby there is a grocery store, bus station for Dubrovnik, a few nice restaurants, possibility of boat excursions…
