The house is not far from the sea and the beach. The old town Dubrovnik, surrounded by the wall, is only on a 15 minute walk distance. This quiet and friendly part of the town is not to far from restaurants and hotels. The studio consists of a complete furnished kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a washing machine, a large living-bedroom with a double bed and couch for a third person, air-conditioning and television. Towels and bed linen are available.

A parking possibility is in front of the house. In the nearby harbour Gruž a ferry leaves to the inhabited Elafiti islands, Koločep, Lopud en Šipan.
